Snipe to photo below: Look to your accessories today to be distinctive. According to Claire Windsor, whose clothes are always in perfect taste, both in her pictures and in private life, the most effective costumes today are those which have just the right kind of accessories to create a correct contrast. "The thing that takes a woman out of the mediocre class and puts her into the truly chic class is this knowledge: "There are tricks in this business as in every business, I for instance am never without a number of bouquets of various shades and colors. When I can find nothing else to lend a pleasing contrast, I make use of one of these. Miss Windsor charmingly plays a Crinoline maid in "The Bugle Call" her next appearance on the screen, in which Jackie Coogan stars.
