Some scenes for this film were produced on location in Mexico City.
Back in Los Angeles:
...Yesterday morning she was called upon to don an evening gown and report at the Cinderella Roof at 6 o’clock for a cafe scene. "Imagine one eating lobster at such an hour--l much prefer coffee and doughnuts for breakfast!" The open air colonnade of the Cinderella Roof, overlooking Pershing Square, was used for several beautiful scenes in Marshall Neilan’s story, "The Ingrate," now in the course of production. Hobart Bosworth and Corrine [Raymond?] Griffith are also in the cast.
